Shipping policy
Shipping Policy (as amended 24th Mar 2025)
You can expect your order to be shipped out within 2-4 business days (excluding pre-order items). Domestic orders are dropped to the post office at 4pm on business days (Tues to Sat).
Please note that you may experience some shipping delays for both domestic and international due to the public holidays, pandemic, weather and other events.
We use AusPost for our products less than 1m long as a primary delivery service. Products over the 1m length are sent via courier and delivery times may vary depending on the where the pakage is being sent. Should you wish to request an alternative arrangement this will have to be by agreement between both parties.
We periodically offer free shipping on varying total purchase prices. These offers vary and are based on our marketing options at a specific time.
Estimated Delivery Times
Australia (see note regarding public holidays and WA below)
Standard: 3-7 Days
Express: 2-4 Days
Generally we have found that shipping during/over public holidays, including Christmas, Easter, etc. and to Western Australia has taken longer than the above estimates, therefore please allow for this for in the estimated delivery times.
All other arrangements:
Standard: 21+ Days
Express: 5-14 Days
International Duties & Taxes:
Shipments to certain countries & regions (mainly in Europe) may incur an importers tax fee collected by your local government customs, payable by the customer.

Return to Sender Items
If your parcel/product remains uncollected at your local postal office for an extended period of time, they may return your parcel to us (the sender). And it is the customers responsibility to pay for a reshipment.

Collection process
At Dive Cave, we offer a convenient Click & Collect (In-store pickup) service, allowing you to shop online and pick up your order at our physical location – saving you time and delivery fees.
How It Works

Shop Online
Browse our full range of products at www.divecave.com.au and add your desired items to the cart. -
Select Click & Collect at Checkout
Choose the “Pickup in store" option as your delivery method. There is no additional cost for this service. -
Wait for Confirmation
You’ll receive an email or SMS once your order is ready for collection. Please wait for this notification before heading to the store. -
Collect Your Order
Visit our store during business hours. Be sure to bring:
- A copy of your order confirmation (digital or printed)
- Valid photo ID

Collection Times
Click & Collect (In store Pickup) orders can only be picked up (unless specific arrangements are made) from our store at Unit 14, 2-6 Glen Ct, Marcoola QLD 4564 during our Click & Collect business hours: Tues–Fri: 10am–5pm |and Sat: 10am–2pm - Please note we are closed Mondays & Sundays and some Public Holidays.
Order Timeframes
Most orders are ready for collection within 1–2 business days. If an item is out of stock or there is any delay, we’ll contact you promptly.
Holding Period
We will hold your order for 7 days from the date of notification. If you’re unable to collect it within this period, please contact us to arrange an extension. Uncollected orders may be cancelled and refunded (subject to any holding and/or any other costs we may deem necessary) at our discretion.
ID Requirements
To ensure the safety of your order, we may request valid photo identification and the order confirmation when collecting.
