Trading name

Our trading name is Dive Cave Pty Ltd, represented by Directors Matthew Lewthwaite and Kelly Lewthwaite t/a Dive Cave. Use of Dive Cave is representative of using Dive Cave Pty Ltd.

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Returning an item needs to be because of reasonable grounds agreed to by both the purchaser and Dive Cave PTY LTD. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted due to a faulty or incorrect item sent, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

For change of mind returns, incorrect sizing, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back to us.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, e.g. custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item due to change of mind or incorrect sizing, you must organise and pay for your own return shipping.
We do not provide prepaid return bags or return labels for these situations.

Once we receive and approve your returned item, you may place a new order for the item you want.

 How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will reply with approval and instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using your chosen postal service (for change of mind/size exchanges).
  4. We will notify you once your return has been received and processed.
